Founder
Randy W. Rose is a hearing aid specialist providing hearing tests and hearing aids in Hilton Head Island, SC.
Randy W. Rose brings over 40 years of experience in hearing healthcare to South Carolina, where he relocated from California to be closer to family. Born and raised in Northern California, Randy has dedicated his career to helping individuals improve their hearing and quality of life.
In California, he served as an Examiner for the State Hearing Aid Dispensers Board and operated his own hearing care offices. He also practiced in Oregon as a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and studied at the Oregon Military Academy during his time there.
Randy is highly knowledgeable in all types of hearing aids and is known for finding personalized hearing solutions that truly work. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of people hear better and reconnect with the world around them.
A proud veteran, Randy served in the United States Army Reserve for over 22 years and retired as a Major in 1999.
Today, Randy is happily married, with one son and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his family. His passion for helping others continues to shine through in every patient he serves.

Caleb Campbell is a hearing aid specialist providing hearing tests and hearing aids in Hilton Head Island, SC.
Caleb Campbell is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist who is passionate about helping people improve their hearing and overall quality of life. He has worked alongside Randy Rose for over fours years, gaining valuable experience and deepening his commitment to hearing healthcare.
Caleb’s dedication to this field is personal—several of his family members live with hearing loss, inspiring him to become a strong advocate for those in need of better hearing solutions.
He completed his education through the National Hearing Society and is actively working toward his state and national board certifications to further advance his expertise.
Outside work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and their two beautiful children. One of their favorite ways to connect as a family is by exploring local restaurants and spending time with their church community.
Caleb is proud to be part of a profession that helps people reconnect with the world around them and looks forward to making a difference in the lives of his patients
Bitsy Pheiffer
Hilton Head Patient Care Coordinator
Elizabeth “Bitsy” Pheiffer was born and raised in Ohio (like most Hilton Head residents!). She received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Wittenberg University.
After moving to various places during her young adulthood, she and her 3 children settled in Greenville, SC where she worked at Mitsubishi Polyester Films Onsite Medical Clinic.
There she performed OSHA required hearing exams for the employees and ran the front desk.
After 11 years working there, Hilton Head Island, which she had been visiting since 1972, called her to make this her forever home.
When she is not entertaining her 5 grandchildren (ages 3 years to 6 years!!), you will find her at the front desk happy to greet and help all the patients that pass through the door.
